The members of the Real Wealth Company are active real estate investors and business owners.  We have been coaching real estate investors across the country since 2004.

We are prepared to help advise you on your investment strategy, help with property analysis, review your property management records, and otherwise help you maximize your ROI on your commercial real estate holdings.

We are fee-based advisers, we do not work on commission.  Unlike your real estate agent or mortgage broker, we don’t have a vested interest in your taking a particular path or approach (sell, refinance, buy, etc.).  We are a neutral third party who can provide an extra set of eyes to help you review the information you have, ask the right questions, gather additional data, and help ensure your property is meeting your goals.

Although some of our clients pay $10,000 for six months to keep us on retainer, we are also available for a reasonable hourly fee.
