What is REAL Wealth? We've been working on cracking the code on that for years..  Here's what we've come up with:

Money is definitely a factor - wealthy people have enough money to do what they want with their time, their families, and the charities and causes they support. Cash isn't the only thing that makes someone wealthy, though.

REAL Wealth is about a lifestyle. Not necessarily a jet-setting, spending summer in Italy, skiing in the Bahamas lifestyle - but perhaps! It's about having the time to do the things you enjoy while still making a meaningful and satisfying impact on the world.

Wealth is also about integrity - who you are. We, the members of the REALWealth Company, have been investing in real estate together for years. We have formed a unique company that not only focuses on bottom-line profits, but also on individual lifestyle, and freedoms.

Since Day 1, our purpose has been to put our relationships and integrity at the top of our list of values; above monetary gain (although the aggressive pursuit of profits is right there in our mission statement)!

We believe that money just allows you to be more of who you are already, and we want to make sure that each and every day we're becoming the people we want to be and people our loved ones and partners can be proud of.  We give back to a variety of charities, and encourage you to find causes you can support in a meaningful way, as well.

The REALWealth Company has sprung out of the Grassland Investments, LLC real estate investing company, as an educational venture that allows us to share what we've learned with others. We are looking to foster a supportive community, educate people about personal finance, real estate, relationships, and proper mind-set.

We're also looking to find and create investment partners who may be interested in being passively involved in large scale commercial property investments that we put together in the future.

We're about creating real wealth for everyone in our community, not just selling you on something in order to line our pockets.

In fact, instead of just telling you more "About Us," let me tell you what we're not.

Here's what we're not: 

• We're not about selling you and up-selling you on gimmicks and useless products.
• We're not about flash-in-the-pan opportunities and get-rich-quick schemes.
• We're not about stretching the truth to make ourselves look good.
• We're not into promising results with no effort.

So, here's what we are about: 

• We are about sharing our real-life experiences, what's worked, what hasn't - even mistakes that cost us real money and almost some friends!
• We are into passing along the principles and mentors who have made the biggest positive impact in our lives.
• We are about sharing opportunities for you to learn from us or with us - via books, mentoring, and live appearances - some we teach, and some we attend as students!
• We are about advising you to look elsewhere - to attorneys, accountants, realtors, and property managers - when another professional could serve you better than we could.
• We are about living in abundance and enforcing a positive attitude and avoiding limiting beliefs and negative language in those we work with!
• We're about telling you what is, not just what you want to hear.
