So here are some important things to look for to ensure that when you buy, the pests are taken care of.
First of all you should just come straight out and ask the vendor if there are any pest control problems. Next thing you want to do is look for any sign of ants. Finally you want to make sure there are no rodent problems. You want to look to see if there are mouse droppings. If there are there is a problem.
