A Personal Interview With Norbert Orlewicz, Developer Of MLM Lead System Pro

Just earlier today, I interviewed Norbert Orlewicz, one of three founders of MLM Lead System Pro, where he shared some of his most important thoughts on what it takes to be successful online. For your own benefit, I wanted to quickly share the main insights that I learned from this interview, to help you in your journey. So I’m going to give you the four most important thoughts from his interview that helped in his personal financial transformation in the MLM profession.

Norbert said that hands down THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to understand before you begin your promotion efforts is where your major skill sets lie, and how you can use those in your business marketing strategy. Asking the question slightly differently, what is the source of your personal success in all of your breakthroughs in the past? For example, Norbert Orlewicz shared the fact that for more than five years he struggled offline building his business, whereas when he began marketing online he had a major breakthrough within a couple of months. The thing to understand about your core competency is that it may not be the same as your sponsor in the MLM profession, and that’s ok. Just remember that it’s important to use your talents and skills, and not rely on the success of another person.

The next thing that Norbert really talked a lot about in our conversation is how important it is to be focused on only one thing at a time when you’re engaging in your marketing efforts. He shared the idea that most people try too many strategies at once when they’re marketing online, and it makes them extremely frustrated as a result. Mr. Orlewicz gave the example that even though he engages today in most forms of marketing, it’s because now he has the financial resources to outsource it to others. That being said, though, he didn’t do that when he first began, he just did Pay Per Click and Myspace marketing. (Just as a clarification, Norbert recommended Facebook over Myspace. He said that in 2009 and beyond it is a better platform for social media, with which I agree.)

The final thing that Mr. Orlewicz wanted to share is that you need to be really consistent in your marketing efforts if you want to produce significant results in your business right from the get go. All too often people will quit all together before they have the breakthrough that they’ve been waiting for, and as a result they join a new company and meet with the same failure. It’s incredible how some of the most gifted individuals I’ve ever met make way less money than I do just because they are never consistent at anything they do or try.

For example, Norbert talked about how important it is for you to stick with it when you’re building your business, and how you never know when your day will come. He pointed out how two years ago today, he was flat broke, frustrated, and didn’t know where to turn in his business. When his breakthrough finally came, success came in a plentiful amount and it came FAST. In one month, he went from no profitability to more than twenty five grand! He told me that the reason why he found the prosperity that he did in the end was because he was willing to go through the tough times to find his strength and his breakthrough. It’s my hope that this information will aid you in becoming yet another breakthrough prosperity story in the MLM profession.
